The science
Sleepyhead Clinic courses are built from Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi) evidence based strategies. CBTi is different from other forms of cognitive behavioural therapy and it’s a lot safer than sleeping pills (learn more about insomnia and CBTI here).

The Bespoke Sleepyhead course is individualised to suit your needs and has everything that you need to resolve your sleep problem. Nothing is left out, but none of the stuff that doesn’t work is left in either.
The course consists of four main sessions personalised to you. You will be given resources to take away so you can continue to implement the course at home, and access to our sleep experts outside of the sessions in telephone catch ups.
You need to be committed to the course in order to participate, attending to all your sessions and agreeing times in advance. We only takes on a handful of clients per month so we can focus on you and deliver.
You can always purchase additional sessions and phone catch up’s with our sleep experts if needed, but this course has been designed based on hundreds of clients preferences and what really leads to success and long term results.
All of our programs include pre assessment questionnaires to make sure the support is appropriate for you.

Choose this package if you want to take your time, and have more access to our sleep experts through out the course, especially for those who struggle with more than one condition, to allow enough time to adapt the course to you. We also gets many referrals from doctors across the country who have tried CBTI on their clients and failed. Sometimes the treatment alone is not enough – especially when there are other health complications or you have had the condition for a really long time. Our sleep experts are in a unique position of having an entire career in various areas of sleep medicine and behavioural work and are able to understand within her medical professional boundaries, when it is safer and more appropriate to adapt treatments to the person. For example, you may need help shifting the timing of your sleep which may mean a slightly different evidence based approach – all of which our experts can help with. After all, the gold standard becomes unhelpful if it is so difficult that it cannot be implemented into your own unique lifestyle. It is very important when undertaking sleep treatment that you are seeing an experienced medical professional. Importantly, our sleep experts will always help you understand how she can help you – what is feasible and what is not. The beauty is, there are always improvements that can be made.

That’s OK – we can still help. Stephanie our Founder and sleep expert, has created from years of experience research and training, a course you can do yourself, at home, at work, in your own space and time (even in the middle of the night!). She has designed videos so it feels like you are there with her, in clinic, and she is supporting you all the way! She recognises that some people may need to resolve their sleep problems in their own time and space with an affordable option giving them all the content they need, plus a community of like minded people and real life sleep experts that you get access to weekly. Choose this program if you have minimal time, your lifestyle is busy and you want to learn quickly.
This program is designed for anyone who wants to learn the key aspects to sleep treatment, sticking to the most evidence based realistic strategies and none of the stuff that just doesn’t work!
